Beschreibung
The ZONESUN ZS-TB4 is a semi-automatic flat-surface label applicator for boxes, flat bottles, pouches and other products with a suitable flat labeling area. The operator loads each product and lowers the applicator arm; the movable platform carries the product through the labeling cycle. A PLC touchscreen, adjustable positioning guides and a guided label path help operators set up repeatable work.
Choose Your Label Type and Voltage
| Option | Selection guide |
|---|---|
| Normal label | Choose this version for opaque paper or film labels. Send the label size, backing-paper details and roll direction for compatibility checking. |
| Transparent Label | Choose this version for clear labels. Transparent labels need suitable detection; confirm your label and backing material before ordering. |
| 110V / 220V | Select the version that matches your power supply. Confirm the required plug and frequency before ordering. |
If you plan to use both opaque and transparent labels, send samples of both so the required detection configuration can be confirmed. The label-type option selects the machine configuration; it does not specify a label design.
Specifications and Product Fit
| Item | Specification |
|---|---|
| Model | ZS-TB4 |
| Operation | Semi-automatic; manual loading, applicator-arm operation and unloading |
| Reference labeling speed | 400–500 labels/hour; actual output depends on product handling, label size and operator pace |
| Reference labeling accuracy | ±2 mm; affected by product consistency, positioning, label quality and setup |
| Maximum label width | 150 mm |
| Maximum label length | 220 mm |
| Label roll inner diameter | ≥76 mm; see the core-size note below |
| Maximum label roll outer diameter | 250 mm |
| Product size shown in the application guide | Up to 28 × 27 × 13 cm; confirm loading orientation and product fit |
| Machine dimensions | 70 × 33 × 56 cm |
| Machine weight | 40 kg |
| Voltage options | 110V or 220V, selected when ordering |
Confirm before ordering: The roll illustration shows a 76 mm core. If your roll has a larger core, confirm fit before purchasing. Provide product dimensions, the required label position, label width and length, label gap, backing-paper width and roll direction. Ask for packed dimensions and gross shipping weight if needed for freight planning.
Flat, stable labeling surfaces give the most predictable results. Soft pouches should be supported and presented flat. Tapered, curved, recessed or uneven surfaces, and products close to the illustrated size limits, need a sample assessment.

Label Roll Requirements
Use the guide below to check label width, label length, roll size and winding direction. Confirm the correct orientation before printing a production batch of labels, especially when text or graphics must face a particular direction on the product.

Controls and Platform

The touchscreen provides access to labeling settings. The start and emergency-stop controls are identified in the image above. Set up the guides for your product and check a sample before running a batch.

How the Labeling Cycle Works
- Place the product on the platform against the positioning guides.
- Lower the applicator arm using the handle.
- The platform moves forward while the label is applied.
- Release the handle after label application.
- Allow the platform to return.
- Remove the labeled product and load the next one.

Label Threading and Setup
Fit the label roll and route the backing through the rollers as illustrated. Align the web, set the guides and adjust detection for the selected label type. Run sample labels to check feed length, placement and adhesion before production.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a fully automatic labeling machine?
It is semi-automatic. An operator places each product, lowers and releases the applicator arm, and removes the finished product. The platform handles the movement during the labeling cycle.
Which version should I choose for clear labels?
Select the Transparent Label option and provide a label sample or clear photos of the label and backing. If you need one machine for both clear and opaque labels, ask for the configuration to be checked with both materials.
Can it label pouches, tapered bottles or irregular containers?
Pouches need a flat, supported labeling area. Bottles and other containers need a suitable surface and stable positioning. Send samples or dimensions for tapered, flexible or irregular products so fit and label application can be checked.
Are 400–500 labels/hour and ±2 mm guaranteed for every product?
These are reference figures. Actual output and placement depend on product shape, label material and dimensions, positioning, machine settings and operator handling. Check the result with your actual product and label.
For help selecting a configuration, send product photos and dimensions, label samples, roll specifications, the required label position and your power supply details through the store contact options.
