Automatic Carton Erector with Bottom Tape Sealing
Opens flat cartons, folds the bottom flaps and applies bottom tape, preparing empty boxes for loading and the next packing stage. Designed for cartons within the listed size range.
How It Works
Load flat cartons into the adjustable holder. Suction cups open each carton, the machine folds the bottom flaps, and tape seals the base before the formed carton transfers to the next process. Product loading and top sealing are separate operations.

Rated output is 6–10 cartons per minute. Actual throughput depends on carton dimensions, board quality, setup and operating conditions.
Confirm Compatibility Before Ordering
- Cartons: Send the length, width and height, board construction, and photos of the flat and erected carton. Confirm the carton orientation against the machine’s size range.
- Compressed air: A compressed-air connection is required for carton-opening suction cups. Confirm required pressure, air consumption, connector and compressor inclusion with us.
- Tape: Listed tape width is 48–75 mm. Confirm roll length, core diameter and maximum roll diameter for your selected tape.
- Power: Listed configuration is 220V, 50Hz. Confirm compatibility with your site supply before ordering.
